I had probably 15 various recordings
Scheduled. Some one time (football) most were recurring series. All looked good and been working for couple weeks. Over the weekend every timer is gone. I still have my existing recordings.
@Wjscott Are you by chance on the 2.2.11 beta? If you are, it’s possible you’re on an older rev with this issue. There should be an update available, which includes a fix.
If you’re not on a beta, give our support team a shout and we can check things out.
I think what happened was my trial expired as it said I had no subscription. However I was only 7 days in what I thought was a 30 day trial. I’ve signed up for the monthly service and my timers came back.
