All recordings failing because "no tuner available"

This is a problem I’ve seen little of in the last 2.5+ years of using my Tablo.

Now, I’ve had to reset my Tablo 3 of the last 4 days because all recordings failed because “no tuner was available”.

Is there a bug in the new firmware, or something else I should be looking at?
