After the tech depot. got the thing back up after 5 down days with no guide it wipe out the library and all my back up stuff clean slate.

Anyway, if you are saying that a Tablo tech support representative wiped the data, then I don’t know of a good way to get it back.
I’m also not sure of your question, unless you’re just voicing a complaint?

Not asking. I just think this gen 4 needs work and they should push out fixes if they have them,
