Advance a replay one frame at a time?

Is it possible to pause the replay of a recording and then advance or rewind a single frame at a time? I’m not taking about the thumbnails representing 10 second skips, but a single recorded frame representing 1/60 sec or whatever the framerate of the recording was. I’m using an Amazon Fire Stick fwiw.

Not with Tablo software, but you could get the recording files off the Tablo drive and onto your computer using something like Tablo Ripper.
Then use whatever video player software you like on the recording files.
