This is a great feature, but a little inconvenient because I can only use it on the mobile app (which is not how most of us watch our Tablos).
This would be helpful for many reasons:
- Easily see if a show is scheduled so you can stop the recording or watch it live.
- Not needing to scroll through the entire guide to verify something is recording.
- Quickly find any conflicts.
- By spotting the recording gaps, you’ll know instantly that it’s safe to do a channel scan, firmware update, network reboot, or even a Tablo reboot to problem-solve other issues.
- Overall consistency between apps, devices, and platforms.
The apps are slowly coming together and -are- improving overall. Even though the “Coming Soon” feature isn’t perfect on the mobile app, it’s certainly a start. I’d prefer a grid-like style where you can see things in hourly chunks, but as of right now, even what’s there is extremely useful.
