That chart is for the features of the new Roku 3 Model 4230 released in April 2015. The link you provided is for a refurbished Roku 3 Model 4200 released in March 2013, which does not have Voice search.
But yes I do like the WiFi Direct Connect remote of the 4200 and 4230.

Ok yes, if pointing it at the ceiling is a mandatory feature then the refurb deal is good. But if you don’t care about the remote, then the new Roku 2 is a great deal too.

Don’t need headphones or point anywhere remote. If Suri and a Magellan GPS have taught me anything, it’s that voice commands usually never really work as intended.
