4th Gen: Unable to connect

Hello.
Today, I had an odd issue, I was unable to connect to my 4th Gen. I tried rebooting the unit, but that had no impact.

I tried clearing the ‘cache’ in the App Settings on Fire stick. That didn’t do anything.
I then also cleared the ‘data’ in the App Settings. Clearing the Data allowed the Firestick to
connect.

So, if you ever have a problem connecting to your Tablo, try “Clear Data” in your Android App Settings :slight_smile:

One thing that has shown to help with this is always closing the app using the back button until it prompts you to exit.

A force quit and cache clear work very well, and since the TabloTV app uses zero login data you can erase that too. Nice tip – glad it worked for you!
