4 Tuner, WIFI Serial # not found

I’m new to the Tablo space and was pretty excited about the OTA Free TV, but when I go to Tablo to setup the device, step one Check In - it asks for the serial #. I have the box and the unit, but every time I enter the # it says it’s not found.

Any thoughts? (both the box and the unit have the same LD-B #)

It sounds like you’re trying to set up an account first…

Before you do that, you’ll need to go to my.tablotv.com or to a mobile app to get the device online first.
