Last night my tablo said it was recording Big Bang theory even though it did not. this morning when i tried to watch the news the channel guide came up with no channels. When I went into recordings they were all gone now except a recording of Mom that happened last night. I cannot watch live tv or any recordings. I have restarted my fire tv and the tablo several times and rechecked my antenna connection. I have also power cycled the tablo fire tv and my router to no avail. What else can I try?
Create a support ticket with Tablo - they are very helpful. Absolute final option would be to factory reset your Tablo which will erase everything but that should be your last resort.
Try connecting to your Tablo using the smartphone app (iPhone or Android phone).
