While watching a movie on tablo tv with a roku device attached , the picture sorta jumps ,pauses skips. Its noticable but doesnt actuall pause completly. Any fixes?

Which model Roku? Is your Roku and or your Tablo, wired or wireless?

Mostly likely it’s the device you are using. This happen to me on my fire stick. You can clear the cash, or reboot the stick.
Also having your Tablo hard wire will help.
Plus it your tv resolution is set to auto, try changing it.
