I bought a “returned Tablo” through Amazon. It has the original owner’s zip code … When I try to change it to mine it looks like I am successful. But later, it reverts back to the original owners zip code. Will performing a factory reset help?

@Buster - The Amazon Warehouse units aren’t refurbished at all. They just send them right back out the door.
Please do a factory reset and make sure to send support a note w/ your MAC address (on the bottom of the unit) so we can get your guide data trial enabled.
