Windows 11 no Audio (Legacy Device)

Had a Dell Windows 10 PC that the Tablo worked fine with Surround Sound turned on. Replaced it with a Lenovo Windows 11 PC and getting no audio now unless Surround Sound is turned off. Same speakers - old PC was Intel based - new one is AMD based. Any Ideas?

Can turn off Surround for new recordings but not sure how to play recorded items then was previously recorded in Surround.

Hi, welcome to the community. You could look up your new PC’s device specs to see if a driver update will add Surround Sound. If not, then you might be out of luck unless you use the old PC for viewing those recordings.

Sounds like a driver issue. Go into Device Manager and see what Windoze 11 is reporting, then check the driver and installed audio devices.
