Will no longer find any channels

When I tried to use my Tablo this evening, it couldn’t find any of the channels. I thought maybe a cable, connection or one side of the splitter went bad. Switched everything, but to no avail. Even connected the antenna directly to the Tablo without the spliiter. The TV on the other side of the splitter is still going strong, so I know that the antenna is still fine. Did a reboot, reset then factory reset. Now I can’t even do a new setup because it’s acting like I don’t have an antenna installed. Starting to think it crapped out on me, and that maybe the lifetime sub was a mistake…
