Just isn’t readable. Web developers know screens need to be viewed in many different environments. Small to large screens, close to distant. Light and dark screens, old and young eyes. Having white text on a light blue background is unreadable, amateurish and Tablo should know better.

What client are you seeing this on?
I’m rebooting a Windows10 PC. Says “restarting” in white text on blue background. Not sure what your opinion of Microsoft is, but made me think of this topic and I chuckled. 
It would be cool if they added something akin to themes with different preset color schemes.
