I cannot find information on which devices are supported for Tablo Connect


Is Roku supported?

Is Roku capable of adaptive bitrates when the source is a Tablo?

Wow - 6 years later! My, how time flies! Overall, Tablo has been great, but this missing feature has driven me to deploy an Emby server for my playback. I can get to that remotely from any device, so Tablo has been relegated to ‘record only’ then TabloRipper sucks it off every night and puts it on Emby for playback.

Tablo is oh, so close to being a perfect one-box solution, but not quite there …

I guess for those that don’t use remote connect, or spent $25 for a Fire TV stick for remote connect, or use VPN for remote connect, it is a perfect one-box solution.
