i’m putting tablo on my tivo stream and it has 3 apps available.
which is best to use? tablo, tablo preview or tablo engine?

Just use the Tablo app. The preview is basically the beta, and the Tablo Engine is only if you have a tuner card (used mainly for the NVIDIA Shield).
