My Tablo lost access to the Guide this morning. I checked my account and it looks like all is fine. My guide sub was renewed on 6-22 and I received the customary email invoice. I cannot see what is causing the problem. Anyone have any idea?
Have you clicked on the Refresh button in the Settings screen?
No. I had not done that. But I did as soon as I read your message… and it appears to be working!! The guide is updating as I write this.
