So today my Tablo preview app stopped working, it can’t find the Tablo. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app on my firestick but it still can’t find it. So I reverted to the regular Tablo app, finds the Tablo OK but it is not showing the programs in HD, looks more like 480 than 720 or 1080. I have the resolution set to 5MB for playback. I have no idea what to try next.
Can you reboot your router, then your Tablo? In that order. And reboot AKA power cycle both devices.
Problem is not there today. Turned on the TV and both apps work fine, resolution is good. Go figure.
