Hi I cant use my tablo to watch or record due to weak signal. I did open a support ticket (49493) but the tech left me hanging after initial engagement ask me to put Tablo in remote access and then never responded.
My 1TB seagate hard drive had 40 G left with auto delete turned on. So I removed the HD and I was able to stream. I plugged the HD back in and the Tablo couldn’t see the HD anymore after multiple attempts I was able to format the HD…I still cant stream due to weak signal and when I remove the HD now I cant stream anymore.
What else can I try?
Installed antenna directly to TV and it worked just fine
I tried another antenna
I rebooted the box multiple times
Factory reset
Is your external hard drive powered by the Tablo USB port? If so perhaps your Tablo power supply is getting weak. As cheap as they are having a backup power supply is a good investment. Search the community posts for many suggestions where to purchase a replacement PS.
