My ticket has been open for 1 week. I call and I’m informed that “it’s been elevated” but no response or resolution. I think that this is far from fair or even normal troubleshooting expectations. Who can help me to resolve the issue?

What might have happened is that your ticket got shot further down the queue. The support system works on a first-in, first-out system. If you send multiple messages before receiving a response from the team, it will reset your position in the queue.
