2nd gen Fire TV box and 2nd gen Fire TV sticks, I have recorded multiple episodes of Andromeda from Comet TV. These play perfectly on the original Tablo app. On the Preview app, as soon as I try to get a list of recordings, the app displays “An Unknown Error Occurred”. It’s not that it won’t play the recordings, it won’t even list them. All other recordings play fine including other recordings from Comet TV. Episodes have been added and deleted and the problem persists. I don’t want to delete all recordings to see if that fixes the problem because then I lose them and I can still watch them on the original app. Works the same way on all devices.
