Unable to Upgrade Firmware

Receive message to upgrade firmware on MY.TABLOTVdotCOM but instructions state to go to MY.TABLOTVdotCOM and follow the prompts.

I am on MY.TABLOTVdotCOM and there are no visible prompts so I’m in a circular reference.

Go to Settings page and scroll down to the bottom (‘About’ section). There should be a button there to upgrade.
