Unable to locate Tablo, no guide

I recently purchased my Tablo and its successfully streaming live tv to my android phone and roku.
However the “My Tablo Account” page where I signed up for Monthly Guide Subscription says it “Unable to locate this Tablo.”

I’ve tried rebooting it, re-adding the serial number, checked serial number multiple times, all to no avail.

I’d really like to record the Olympics, but cannot get the guide data.

Nothing fancy in the setup or home router. Just cannot get it working.

Any help?

If you’re still in your first 30 days you should have gotten the guide automatically as a trial run. Check it out with Tablo customer service.
