I have a TCL Roku TV with the Tablo app installed. I have two Tablo duals. I can’t find a way to switch between the two Tablos. The Tablo Roku app doesn’t have a disconnect button that I can find (wth is with that?) and there is no Tablo Preview app on the Roku store either (thought maybe that would have a disconnect).
Maybe it works like the regular Roku app.
There is no disconnect button. When you back arrow out of the main app menu it asks if want to exit, cancel, or disconnect.
Thanks so much, that was it, I’ll have to save that info.
Imho, Tablo needs to unify the interface among all devices. Normally, I’m using a FireTV on my main TV and it does have a disconnect button. We old people tend to want things uniform!
The Roku also doesn’t support a start section. It starts up in the same menu you were last in.
I have a Fire Tv Stick(s) as backup to my Roku(s) and other devices.
Does it’s regular Tablo app have a disconnect buttion - yes. It’s at the bottom of the main menu next to the settings button.
Does the Fire TV preview Tablo app have a disconnect button - yes. And where is it. At the very bottom of the settings menu. So if you have multiple tablos and want to disconnect on the preview app it takes approximately 20+ button clicks.
The tablo now sells at commodity prices. One would think they would be trying to encourage users to own multiple tablos. So how does any high level design get implemented that actually punishes users who own multiple tablos?
