I suggest making http://support.tablotv.com/hc/en-us/sections/200374776-Tablo-User-Guide a link on the right side of the screen where it has My Discussions, and other things.
Why would the admins do that? The user guide is not a discussion thread, nor is it a category of discussion threads.
I can see pinning it to the top of the page with “tested hard drives” and other announcements.
Well they should pin it somewhere. It’s very helpful for newbies.

Yes but I feel like people should be directed there first before posting here. A lot of questions get asked that can be answered there.

We really think a ‘normal’ person would go to ‘support’ on the home page before finding & registering for the community.
