Tablo support Please help

I have called Tablo support three times and left message for support. My 2Tablo will only work on live TV on my rokus. It will not recognize my hard drive I have used Seagate backup + I have used for almost a year. It doesn’t even power up the drive which works fine on other windows PC’s. This is since the update. I also cannot totally reset the Tablo by resetting the device it still looks for recordings on hard drive it wont recognize. It does rescan for channels on reset. I would like someone to call before warranty runs out or respond to any customer support via email.

Hey @PVRman - I think we just spoke and got this sorted out. Not sure how or why we didn’t get your phone messages but we’ll try to figure that out. 

Did you also try to place a ticket w/ support?
