Tablo Settings in iOS

If I adjust the setting on my iPad does it sync with what comes across my Apple TV 4 Tablo viewing? don’t see any other setting menus in the main app on my ATV4.

Changes in the Setttings are generally global aka all decides. Except for things like Remote Streaming Quality which is per device.
