Tablo set up failed no location configuration available

I’ve factory reset multiple times with no luck. We just switched over to Verizon 5G home but I made the network names the same. It is hardwired. Help I’m stuck

Restart your router then restart Tablo? Using phone, Roku, or other device?

Does the device you are using for setup have geolocation service turned on

I don’t know what I’m talking about but use the zip code for a larger nearby city.

Maybe. But if the tablo server that authenticates is unhappy you may get this failure. If you leave an android phone or tablet app in sign out mode and geolocation services are off, logon fails after entering your zip code. And the message you get depends on what version on the app and what version of android.

Did a bunch of factory resets, deleted the app from my phone and re-added to get it to work again. Mysteriously got black screen and no sound for live channels so had to go back and adjust Roku audio settings which shouldn’t have changed. Who know. Working for now.

The blank screen and no sound is a known issue with Roku, that is why the Audio Compatibility Option (turn on forgive tv to work) is available on the Roku Tablo app (Troubleshooting in the Tablo settings). Too bad you had to learn the hard way. Hopefully it remains working for you.
