Tablo remote access with a Fortigate FG60D

When I access the router settings under "policy and objects> Virtual Ip’s, I’v created a ip4 virtual ip setting of external ip 69.41.5.xxx with mapped ip as my tablo (192.168.1.114) and port: 21094 to port 80

A second virtual ip of same thing and port 21095 to port 8887

These settings found under the Tablo App for remote access

Has anyone set these up under a Fortigage as it doesn’t have UPNP because of commercial router

Is there something else I need to configure on the Fortigate?
