Tablo Recording is out of sync/unwatchable

I use the Tablo channel on my roku. Every once in a while, I will have a recording that is unwatchable. It is kind of like the sound is moving at 2x speed and the picture just skips around and has line through it. I would like to believe this is due to a week signal, but it has happened on channels that I receive a strong signal on. With that said, I’m not sure what is causing it but it is very frustrating.

Do you still have said recording saved? Open a Support Ticket with Tablo, they can remote in and check it out. aka grab the recording to analyze what’s going on.
