Tablo Quad failing? Or hard drive?

From past post and past support email – heartbeat mode isn’t about accessing logs.

I’ve gotten support emails they’ve looked at my logs - with out me putting it into heartbeat mode. Tablo has data collection “built in”.

Past post tell us heartbeat mode allow tablo techs/support to remotely access your device, likely deeper into system logs, but access your device at the “system” level presumably. Some reports they “fix” things via this methodology… beyond “accessing logs”.
