Tablo not recognizing Subscription

I purchased the lifetime a few days ago. I have added the tablo on web, refreshed, rebooted, ect. I even emailed and contacted support, but no response yet. Please help. The tablo just won’t recognize that I subscribed.

Make sure you don’t delete your subscription. That could be bad.

This is likely just an unfortunate mix up. Tablo Support will rectify it for you. They will likely need your Tablo account username and the MAC address of your Tablo (no need to post that info here in the forums, just meant in your support ticket).

how long does it usually take for them to answer email ticket? It has been two days so far. BTW thank you for help
