Tablo Issues OUT OF SERVICE

The last three days I’ve been having issues with my TABLO. It continues to buffer and then automatically restart from the beginning it never loads.
The issue exists also on the tablet and on the phone so nothing is working.
Called customer service five times never received a call back three times and been on hold over an hour two times.
The first day when I bought Tablo was working fine second day was fine and then since then nothing.
My OTA is working because I can manually pull stations… So why TABLO says there’s no signal or weak signal I don’t understand why
I think Tablo has crashed at the main operating center.

If you have a Tablo with antenna hooked to it, the antenna is probably weak or pointed incorrectly.
If you tell what type of Tablo you have, others may have ideas.
