Tablo HDMI doesn't show my account

I’ve verified through the web portal that my account is up to date but my device shows that I don’t have an active account. I tried to refresh it and that didn’t work and I tried to power reset it but no go. Any other suggestions besides a hard reset?

Welcome! I wouldn’t do a hard reset for something like that. You might want to log a ticket with support and give them a pic of the box with the model and serial number on it along with the purchase receipt. I would think that should be enough to get it registered.
