Is the Tablo time set correctly on your Tablo?
It could be the guide data is just wrong, which then you should open a support ticket with Tablo directly.
Time is set correctly - just the one show is showing the time off…
A Short term fix is to schedule a weekly manual recording for that time period, until a real solution is found.
