Has anyone else had a problem with freezing when using the Tablo preview app. When I am watching live TV I have a problem with it freezing on Amazon firestick

Yes, I’ve been seeing it on the preview app on shield tv. Specifically recording the stanley cup games and also watching live at the same time. Sometimes with someone else watching the same channel on a roku, sometimes not.
