Tablo doesn't reset

attempted to set Tablo up on wi-fi to use with my Roku. Used my Smart Phone and it started downloading channels then cut off. Now the light is solid but I can’t find Tablo on my network and attempted to resarch it and still not found. Tried to reset the Tablo and then a factory reset by holding the button down longer and it is stuck on solid blue. Also tried to disconnect the power for a few minutes and it still goes to solid blue when I plug it back in.

The behavior of the light status and not being able to connect sounds similar to a problem I had a few months ago. I opened a ticket, and had an advanced replacement delivered to my home in 2 days.
