Tablo can't find my new network address

I recently changed wifi modems, and now my Tablo can’t find the network, and there is no option on the TV screen to manually reconnect. I just keep getting “Tablo Not Found”. Gray screen w/no other options. I’ve rebooted the modem, the Roku, and the Tablo several times, but nothing works. I even uninstalled the Tablo app on my phone and reinstalled, but I can’t get back to the original set-up stage that you get with a new installation. I think it just needs to know the address of the new wifi modem, but how do I tell it?

Are you using wifi or ethernet to connect to the router?
