Please share which channels you have guide content issues. Are they OTA or FAST channels?

At least you got a reasonable response. I show how content from one channel is displaying on another channel and can’t get them to say what they plan on doing to try and fix that problem.

I have two OTA channels that say “Oxygen True crime” but the correct one is 43.4 and has no content but 49.4 has Oxygen guide content but when you try to watch, you get the BUZZR game show network channel.

I’ve done the whole uncheck/recheck refresh/update guide… nothing suggested here or by support has worked on this issue.

They should just label all listings The 3 Stooges, thats what Tablo feels like, of course theres zero issues taking our money

Lol. Don’t insult the stooges!

Unfortunately the recent server outage and reboot, repairs and/or recovery has brought back some issues that seemed only the day before to have been somewhat fixed (ie. Fast channel - Christmas Plus which hasn’t worked in weeks was once again watchable from both iOS and fireTV the last day or so and then came the server outage and after the server came back online, no longer watchable or recordable from either platform app).
