Subscription Refresh to get Guide Data

A day or 2 ago, I did “Subscription Refresh” from the “Settings” screen. Now I get my Guide as desired, but none of my Scheduled shows are recording.

I’ve been going through my shows, and removing and re-adding them to the Schedule.

Try a power cycle on the tablo. I had the same issue around Sep 11.

I pushed the Reset Button, then quickly removed the power. I waited a few counts before plugging it back in.

If that doesn’t work, unschedule your shows, and then reschedule them.

:neutral_face: doesn’t unscheduled have the same result as removing? I presume re-adding is synonymous to reschedule. :wink:
