Sound on recorded shows

I am experiencing a technical issue and I am unsure if the problem lies with the Tablo or the Roku device.

When I record television programs using the Tablo app and then attempt to play those recordings back using the headphone setting on my Roku app, I get no sound.

The audio output for other applications on the Roku works correctly when I use the same headphones. Furthermore, the sound works perfectly fine when I play the Tablo recordings through the TV speakers without using the Roku headphone feature.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix this audio problem?
