Some shows show new recording flag but nothing recorded and won't record

Some shows show new recording flag but nothing recorded and won’t record.

Specifically, 1st The Orville on CBS will schedule fine and I can watch live AND I will get the flag in the corner showing a “new recording” but when I look for a recording there are none.

Now a show that had been recording fine is doing the same thing…interestingly also a CBS show, Hawaii Five O.

Any ideas?

HDD gone bad, disconnected, or full?

No idea, mate. I would just contact the support.

Could this be a guide issue? Season 1 of The Orville concluded in early December, there hasn’t been a new episode since then.

No HDD issue and most all the other shows record fine, except now 5-O. And the Orville example was happening when it was airing I just shard it as it was the first show where this issue showed up. I contacted support and am waiting for a reply.

Have you tried clearing cache and data or uninstalling/reinstalling the tablo app on the device you are watching tablo on?

Sometimes the database on the device (ie the Fire TV) will become corrupt and will not show newer recordings. Just a thought.
