Solid blue light even when first plugged in and completely unresponsive

I want to thank everyone on this post. Had the same problem with a solid blue LED and an unresponsive Tablo. Called Tablo Support twice, they were no help at all, in fact I am still waiting for an email they promised to send. Read this post, purchased new power supply on Amazon. Works great! Thank you all.
