Set record by time and channel

I would like to record a program that is not listed in the guide. My state governor gives an update every day at 11:00 am. on Covid-19. The guide does not show the program and the program that is shown in the guide for that time changes weekly so I cannot used the guide to record. Is there a way to set my Tablo to record a program by time of day, length, and channel? (The old fashioned way of recording.)
