Whenever my guide data is updating, there’s a period of time where all of the channels disappear from the Settings page and I receive an error to the effect of “channel does not exist” when trying to connect to any channel. It would be nice if the update could be scheduled for overnight or some preferred time of day.
I notice it most in the evening (eastern time). I’ve seen the error both on Roku and the web app, but it consistently occurs when the channels list is briefly empty (and, of course, I switch channels at the same moment).
