Roku:Tablo restart sequence?

I have 2 Roku 3s and finally was “gifted” with v7.0 build 9021. Previously, everything worked perfectly during my 3 months with Tablo, but now chaos! Hopefully the new firmware release will cure this. In the meantime, I recall that someone posted the proper disconnect & restart sequence which might help, but I can not find it again. Please reshare? Many thanks.

Router > Tablo > Roku. Wait a few minutes between each to allow each device to boot back up.
