It seems that when you delete an episode on the web/via your phone, the roku app doesn’t update until you exit and then re-open it. It’s smart enough to update the count above the artwork, but it doesn’t not remove the deleted episodes.
On the other hand, if you delete something on the roku, it instantly (almost real time) removes it on the web.
I think this is more intended than a bug. If you delete on the web app, then toggle between live TV and recordings on the Roku does it update properly?
@theuser86 - that was the first test I tried 
– it does not sync if you toggle between live and recording, which surprised me because it seems like it re-loads the live grid each time you visit it. If you hit back and go to the screen that searches/syncs the box itself, that was sufficient.
