This might be just what’s need to get around that “volume limiter” that seems to hit Roku playback 
Seems reasonably priced, great for Roku users and Amazon’s as well…
& quiets loud commercials
Roku incorporates advertisements, but they’re willing to incorporate volume limiting - or admitting commercials via their service aren’t bound by CARE TV so… they’re extra loud, unless you buy a premium device to quiet them?
