I live in a condo where every unit has cable coax wall plate and condominium has over 70 channels including SD and HD from Shaw, I was wondering if I can connect Tablo to extend that instead of running cables to all tvs in the house.
If it’s not possible, what are other other alternatives?

Nope. That’s cable TV, not over the air. Tablo doesn’t do that.
I don’t know of any wireless solution for cable.
I’m surprised they don’t have more than one outlet in your home.
If you have smart TV’s or streaming boxes, perhaps Shaw’s free streaming service will provide you with some channels:
The iOS and Android apps for the Shaw Free Range TV seem to only be for smartphones and tablets, not an Apple TV box or Android TV box.
