Rescanned, added channel, no sound

Today, in response to a Tablo email suggestion, I rescanned channels and added some. Recorded one show. Went to play tonight and there is no audio.

I assumed a recording problem, but when I went to live tv, still no audio on that channel. Video is clear. Other channels fine. Suggestions?

If you watch using a TV, is there sound? If soopen a support ticket or call Tablo

The problem turned out to be a need to reboot Roku.
